From Design to Long-Term Maintenance

The primary commitment at CES is that every system delivered shall be operational in the shortest possible time. To honor this commitment, a wide range of services has been set up, from which we can tailor a solution for the most demanding application. Amongst these services:
  • Technical assistance for design and for operation (technology transfer)
  • Installation of CES hardware and software products
  • Help in integrating customer’s material with CES systems
  • Initial training is offered for engineers on the CES premises
  • Training on customer’s site can be arranged
  • Free support by telephone, fax, e-mail
  • Intervention on customer’s site within a week
  • Long-term maintenance and extended guarantee programs (typically ten years)
  • The latest innovative CES service: access to remote reconfiguration tools

Return Material Authorization

Instructions
To help us keep quality control and internal module history, please follow these steps before returning equipment to CES:
  1. Download the CES RMA Form file: rma.dot
  2. Open the file in Microsoft Word and complete the form
  3. Send the completed copy of the rma.doc file by email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
  4. Await the return message with the RMA number and conditions
  5. Send us the equipment, identified with the RMA number, accompanied with a detailed description of the work to be completed
