The mission at CES is to accompany our customers to produce a
technologically advanced product, which will be reference in their
domain for years to come.
Our People
For us, the founders, our people are the heart of our company. Success
comes directly from the quality of our people and their ability to work

more than faithful and dedicated to the company and to our customers.
Since we are quite demanding, joining CES is a life choice, but in

well as for their human qualities. Each team member feels the momentum

We try to avoid all limiting factors, which can arise from hierarchy

communication, development and production tools, the collective team
effort delivers top-notch products and services.
We select our customers in the same manner that we select our people,

advantage, as well as a cost / time advantage, therefore increasing the
customers' return on investment.
For our board-level products, CES guarantees efficient integration of
all of our hardware and software components, as well as updates of the
next generation with a legacy plan and continuous assistance.
For our system-level products, CES offers guaranteed technology and
risk management control, as well as team motivation and stability and a
bullet-proof safe vision. CES products and solutions strive to be
the best compromise between leading-edge technology and pragmatism. We
constantly analyze new advanced technologies. Although the decision
to actually implement a new technology, is taken only if it provides a
true benefit for our customer. We have also heavily invested in
developing our own IPs, in order to avoid third party visible or hidden
licenses.
